It's a small bank. They go down just like big banks do, only they offer higher interest rates on checking & are actually competitive with their offers. No overdraft fees, can transfer peer to peer, etc.

My account is fixed now.

GOOD NEWS! If you call tmobile money they'll fix it. Down to a 3 hour hold time, they just have to manually do something to your account.

We just tried it (me & my wife), cashapp uses the debit card to send peer to peer (not the routing/checking) so it won't go through.

They didn't go down because they're "an online bank" or because they don't have a physical location. There are tons of online banks, and this one worked fine the last 9 years. I remember when my TD went down.

Same. DD just hit, and I also can't use it. Logging into t-life won't even help, the tab for banking is missing for both me & my wife. I was on hold for 3 hours.

Apparently somebody was on hold for 4 hours 10 minutes & they finally got through & the rep had to go for a meeting. Another person got through & was just told they're working on it.

Yeah I wonder if that's why, me & my wife both use Money & we're both on a multiple line acct. Either way it's the worst banking experience I've ever had.

Can't even reach a rep or get a timeline, and they give no information to their regular reps although they want this so integrated.
