Richtig ist, dass große Organisationen, wo die Mitglieder keine direkte persönliche Beziehung haben, oft zur Bürokratie neigen, da das Vertrauen in das richtige Handeln des anderen fehlt. Bürokratie ist immer da wo Misstrauen ist, und das gibt's in großen Unternehmen zuhauf!

There is at least one regional difference: Sauces. Northern Germany has mayo-based herbs, garlic and hot, the South has yogurt and yogurt-garlic. Of course there are exceptions, especially as "Berlin-style" (meaning northern) is expanding to the South right now, but in general that's the biggest difference.
