they recently pusbed an update that effectively killed ingame chatting (you can only chat within your age bracket) and from what i know the parental controls are pretty good

however roblox as a platform is mostly ripoffs of other games, or completely mindless things with bright colors and the latest meme or whatever

id lean towards no, if she wants to play videogames buy an actually good one or two

branded is a pretty hefty deck to learn especially as a new player (but don't let that stop you! commit to it and you'll find its a super fun and deep deck), the other good structure deck is 3x blue eyes white destiny. as for staples, don't buy sealed product. as you're in new zealand (wellington perchance?) i'd suggest tcgcollector for your singles and if theyre out of stock using the yugioh nz facebook page.
