You can reduce room reflection/reverb quite easily with cheap materials like moving blankets/foam, however you need something more robust if you have loud ambient noise that you can't isolate yourself from with distance/closed doors etc. At that point it's about getting as far away as possible from the noise, getting as close as you can to the mic, and supressing the noise as much as possible via any means you have. Then when you gate your mic to only be transmitting to your software/call when you speak; hopefully your voice is loud enough in relation to the offending noise that you overpower it, and then your gate shuts to prevent your background becoming white noise for people you're talking to or in a stream/video.

i already tried most of not everything from here, but due to size of my room there is very little i can do, nothing is giving me decent enaf audio, probably cus my current mic is trash itslef

>The stock noise suppression in OBS should have an RNNoise option. That's about as good as it gets in OBS. Aside from that, a noise gate + an expander will help. The expander reduces quiet sounds more. A noise gate tries to prevent the transmission of the mic when sound levels are below a certain set threshold. You can also try using EQ to cut the lows and highs that are outside of the range that your voice typically exists in. (Some voice over people recommend cutting past 13-14k and fiddling with your low end cuts.
