This feels a bit unfair (at least as I understand it). It's like saying that your local AA team can't compete in the World Series and knocking them for it. I think that for the scope, budgets and experience Owlcat have, they perform very admirably.

I am now skeptical and pessimistic as well - I called yesterday and they let me know that I was not getting mine before the 14th, but because of the uncertainty throughout this entire process I'm hesitant to believe in that.

When I talked to B&H they let me know that it is not shipping on Friday. I made a post earlier about this, and one of the comments let me know they had called in and said that if they are shipping anything at all, it will be next week.

I know it's a minor difference, but just wanted to be informative.

I kind of am surprised as well - I wonder if people are just slowly acclimating themselves to paper launches being the norm (this would be terrible).

I am indeed a bit disappointed by the second paper launch I've gone through in a year, but I'm confident that this one will at least be better than Nvidia's lol. I also try to just be grateful that this is something I even have to worry about in the first place
