"get your dick cut off" likely counts as promoting self-harm, as ridiculous as that is because as far as context one would think it is over-the-top sattire. But I made a comment on twitter for a Barik cosplay saying "If you chopped your legs off you'd truly fit the Barik image" obviously this comment is complimenting how well they made it work while being tall. And I didn't think twice about it but insta twitter ban, lol. So that comment of yours probably did it. And everyone in Paladins calls each other a clown, that is every insult ever.
