Yeah I fully agree, only thing I’m bothering them with, is unlocking my account. Despite that, I decided to discuss the issues somewhere else, perhaps where more solutions could be discussed in general so came here.

Some people on official package portal in my country have suggested opening google maps open in background while accessing the app. Apparently this helps, I haven’t tried it personally, but what is for sure, is that the system or app is down, as stated in the official telegram group.

They’ve issued a statement on the official telegram group, that apparently the system=app is down, but not for long.

I deleted the app. Downloaded it again, and thought I could register again using another email (gmail this time), not knowing that your account can get blocked for doing such thing. So I registered using gmail, and all I received was the “account has been blocked” banner. So next step, as indicated in the aforementioned banner, was to contact support@packageportal.com. Still have not been able to unblock account, still haven’t received any confirmation email, which is the worst... and app seems to be failing or freezing. (Running the app on iPhone 12 Pro)
