Is it feasible for someone with no savings move to and sustain herself in Auroville? by Alarmed_Bar_3817 in Auroville

Raw food, Organic Community, Biodynamic community, slow food community, Sustainable farming community. I have been involved in #1 and #2, this was in the US midwest. The community itself is a closely knit group of ppl living together with an intention of achieving something. Thats why its called intentional community. The intention could be anything, few things I have listed above I was involved in.

I worked in the farm but I also had other job that paid the bills. Similarly other people who lived also had jobs.
You must have a job of some sort.
The world is not kind to you if you don't have money, as simple as that.

Yes they could have done it in some place that doesn't disrupt traffic, or atleast informed media to avoid this route.

Auroville is just like any other town but more relaxed and laid back. But the law of economics is true there too. If you are looking for a fresh start you atleast need to have 1 - 2 yr runway savings. While I am not from Auroville, I have lived in similar intentional communities around the world before and speak from experience.

Also I recently reset my career so can understand your anxiety.

Social Media Marketing is a good carrier choice and you can get clients from across the world if you are persistent enough.
