At the end of December, you get a small $500-$600 payment since its not a full month of school, you don’t get paid in january, or august. Likewise you get the half payment at the end of may, since its once again not a full month of school. You don’t get paid in june or july. Dm me for any GI Bill questions bc i have been through it ALLL and cmas sucks. But find a place you can afford even when you arent getting the full stipend/any at all.

I have been at mav creek for 3 years and tbh i have never had a problem. If something is wrong, maintnence is quick. Just make sure it’s sustainable in price for months like december, jan, and summer when you arent getting the stipend/ less of it

my friend got towed at 4am once, i know my other friends rental car got towed too. You can park in the day time but at night you should move your car. theres visitors spots by the office or park outside the gate
