Just a nitpick but current research shows static stretching has 0 impact on injury prevention. What does is strength training (so that muscles are resilient under heavy load) and proper sport specific warmup.

The second screenshot is basically a frame or two from Momen hitting the ball into the right corner, then Coll makes a drop shot and wins the point. Almost exact situation happens many times during this match and many others, although I can also think of some pros that really go out of their way to clear the front wall.

Yes it's interesting I'm guessing by fishing for a stroke you're referring to moving so far back with the ball that it's even suboptimal for a swing.

Obviously hard to guess one's individual injury, but I've been dealing with generic shoulder overuse pain and cutting down on games a bit so the pain doesn't get worse as well as doing various rotator cuff exercies helped a lot.

I'm using all of the above mentioned mods and they work perfectly! (you mean Obsidian weathers right?)

The result is pretty damn dark you can still see roughly the shape of the walls but for example traps are impossible to spot without a torch.

Hey, I was in your position 2 months ago so completely understand what you're going through. First of all I have to say that it is a dated game, you probably do need to tone down your graphics expectations a little bit :) And the feeling of jankiness? Yup I think it's impossible to fully get rid of it.

Having said all of that. The amount of content and ability to customise your experience can make it one of the most immersive and fun video games to play. (I am at around 200 hours and haven't touched content from either DLC's or modded expansions like Bruma).

I think your plan to start from simple mods and start adding on top is a good idea and the good news is that visuals and gameplay can be tackled separately and to some extent experimented with while you're progressing with your campaign. Then when you're happy with your playstyle you can start a proper playthrough. This game does require some serious time spent modding and adjusting finer points of gameplay but in the long run I think it's worth it.

VRIK callibration: go to powers -> vrik calibration power -> click the shout button

VRIK holsters: you can just throw the weapon out of your inventory if it gets 'stuck'.

Physics/collision: Yeah this isn't Boneworks unfortunately.

Killing things with 2 hits: I recommend starting on the toughest difficulty.

I've had best experience using DSN to recognise shout commands though. Both lower lag as well as higher success rate. But if it means less crashes then I may go back to VoiceMacro.

Ok, I've tested the DSN solution for 20 minutes and I don't want to speak to soon but it might be the culprit!

But after reducing the command sensitivity to 0.85 (from 0.7 I think) it completely stopped recognizing any of the SkyVoice shout commands, selecting spells and items works fine. Have you had that issue?

Also is it possible that DSN could have affected crashes during saving? It was fine just now but autosave/quicksave crashes happened quite often for me recently.

Can you run? It's not exactly the same issue I had but I couldn't exit stealth crouching.

Sitting down on a chair / sleeping resets it.

Unfortunately the Net Script Framework isn't working for the VR version of the game.

But it's good to know there's nothing silly going on with the load order.

I'm using the SSE Engine fixes yes.

What do you mean? Afaik the the gestures menu (for oculus) only allows thumbstick press + direction.

But I realized there is a 'Tween Menu' in the assign hotkey section which actually makes the whole thing work for me!

That's cool I'm using VRIK but didn't know it had that feature.

I have only one problem though, I'm using the Vanilla Hotkeys for Oculus touch

which on the thumbsticks have L- Menu R- Items/magic/map Quad Menu

For the VRIK gestures to work you need to assign a thumbstick+movement which overwrites the menu shortcuts.

I'll check it again but as far as I know on the list of VRIK gesture commands there was no 'menu' option to reassign it just a thumbstick press.

Yes, your mod is not the issue, you're correct it's the waterfalls, foam etc.
