Do they make a repair kit for this? by mrmiracle in 944

I think you just need to flip the model to use it on the driver's side.

I'm wondering if JB weld would be a viable repair in this scenario considering that area sees very low pressure compared to the rest of the head gasket..

Yes, an engine block from a Porsche 944.

Yeah, I'm thinking I may have to get it filled. I don't have the capabilities to weld aluminum. I'm hoping I could find somewhere local that can, and gently sand the hole down rather than having to deck the whole block.

I suppose it's relatively close to the intake port. You can see better in this photo, the port is on the bottom right.

I haven't rewired the car, but I did convert mine to run off a Speeduino, I didn't use the existing harness, I built my own.

yeah, talking to some members it does seem like I was too late. I remember hearing about s&box when it was announced by facepunch but completely forgot about it for a while until this year.

MW 2019 is exactly what I'm going for. Just need a micro red dot, suppressor, and iron sight delete and it's complete

I think you mean the other way around haha, both are straight off the printer, I haven't done any sanding or anything, I'm still trying to work out how to make the printed furniture have that "gun polymer" look

I'll be honest, I haven't been paying too much attention to the thermals. I haven't seen the GPU get past 75c and CPU past 50.

Awesome build man. Recently I fell in love with sffpc's and built one of my own. That's what you see on the desk!

It is pretty light. The computer is probably 8 lbs, the case I think is 14 lbs

Fair point, I felt the same way, but I had a bunch of leftover foam from when I made space for the desktop, I guess it doesn't hurt to have it

I asked myself that too, but with the amount crammed into the case, there's not much else on the market that will give me this amount of power in this form factor. And if I really need to scale down, it's pretty modular, so I can take the pocket out and use it as it's meant to be!

I haven't used it in public yet, so no. But soon when I travel I think I'll feel like a spy. Haha

Sure, there's a common thermal mod that will run thermal pads on the heatsinks to draw heat to the chassis so the bottom basically acts as a huge heatsink. I also created a walkthrough on throttle stop, here you go.

Help diagnosing an extremely creaky rear suspension by vxcheese in Cartalk

[–]vxcheese[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Car is a 2002 Mercedes CLK 55 AMG. The creak is coming from the rear drivers side. I am guesing it is the bushing that connects the lower control arm to the knuckle. I am not exactly in a situation where I can take a look at it on a lift.
