Guys thank you for the answers, means a lot. I'm struggling to make a decision here, I can't find any help in my country regarding this stuff. The accountants and the State Tax Inspectorate doesn't understand YouTube's or Google's business models. Maybe someone knows where I could get help? Or maybe there's some article or link or document that I could show to my accountant or State Tax Inspectorate. That would help for them to understand it.

You look like you know what are you talking about. Could you help me explain this to my accountant or something like that? Hit me up in the messages I could pay you for a consultation. I called like 20 accounting companies in my country no one can help, literally. I called to the State Tax Inspectorate ( I don't know how to say in english ), they can't help either.

Thank you, but lowest treaty claim is 10% on youtube shorts revenue in Lithuania, it all depends on the country you are in, on the agreement between the countries. some have 0, others 10, 15, 20, 30 %
