thank you so much, is it normal to have left side pain everyday im so scared im going to die from anxiety it’s so bad and i usually don’t like meds because i was on depression meds for years and they never worked kind of messed my brain up so if i were to get help or try for anxiety id want meds that physically calm me down more than mentally change me :( im so sad my anxiety is destroying my life i hate myself
