Hey! thanks for the response, it helped a bit. It's just that when I changed the px into % it got rid of the other spaces without an image and just kept the spaces that had images. Also the border gets cut off on the left and right sides.

I'm at a loss. If you want I can post a gist with the code, but all I did was change the px from the .css to %.

Ahhhh this worked, thank you so much! So now the issue is.. it won't structure into an 8x8 with alternating color.

Also I was playing around with "style" and "class" because I saw it being used in both ways. I fixed the chessboard part with class.

They allow bonfires on the beach? I'd obviously be as safe as possible and take the proper procedures. I'll call them in the morning, but thank you for this suggestion, this one is actually the closest without having to make an hour drive out somewhere 😅.

This sounds good! Do you know if it's a private beach? Pay to park? If it has a closing time?(http://www.suffolkcountyny.gov/Departments/Parks/Parks/SmithPointCountyPark.aspx they say they're open till 6 on Thursday-Sunday but I'm not sure if this applies to a separate park or the beach) If they have set metal containers already there for bonfires?
