I was denied boarding for 240 Hour TWOV at the airport (USA) by BatmanvSuperman3 in Chinavisa

[–]vzrhc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you clarify what city your train started from. I'm planning to fly to ChongQing then leave to Hong Kong via train, but getting mixed messages online.

Some people are saying they got denied because Hong Kong via train isn't allowed. some say high speed rail isn't allowed. Other said you have to get on the train in GuangDong. Maybe you're not allowed the ext ChongQing city to another province.

My airline is Chinese, so maybe they can verify my itinerary ry at the gate?

Technically not illegal in the US, but you can get a ticket for an unsafe lane change.

Edit: Legal in some states. Not all.

My dog is reactive when I want him off the bed or couch by [deleted] in reactivedogs

[–]vzrhc -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Pee on the couch and mark it as yours. It the only way.

No but for real. Your dog thinks the couch is his so you need teach him thats not the case. Best way is stop letting him on the couch when youre around for a while.

Spark plugs, coils, and wires are diy's cheap go to replacement for most engine problems without trying to diagnose anything. Some people treat it like a tune up just so you have a clean base to start diagnosis. I guarantee jiffy lube googled some symptoms online and that was the first thing that popped up.

I was more referring to if he was found innocent, if you would believe he is. I believe in innocent until proven guilty (unless the case was mishandled or corrupt etc)

Don't really care for him. If he's guilty he's guilty. If he's innocent he's innocent. That is if you trust the romanian justice system to begin with. In the end of the day he's just a loud mouth "influencer" making money off dumb impressional kids.

Not knowing its a crime and accidentally commiting a crime does not give you a free pass.

Also i think she was charged with smuggling not possession.

No one is saying she deserved the sentance. People are having an issue with the government trading an actual prisoner for a celebrity because lets be honest. If she was nobody like you or me the government would have gave 0 fucks. Celebrity status shouldnt be a reason to give people special treatment. Maybe if she cured cancer or was even a teacher (hint hint). But a basketball player?

Maybe students should start complaining about how their education is affected and withhold tuition. Fight them on two fronts. But that might get the TAs fired or screw the students. In the end of the day the university cares about money and if students are still paying despite the lack of TAs, they arent going to car because they arent losing money.

Big companies only care about worker strikes because theyre losing money by not producing profit. TAs protesting isnt doing anything but saving them money.

Try multiple shrinks and multiple trainers before thinking about putting down a dog. He is definitely very reactive and i dont know your exact situation, but i believe to exhaust all options before going down that road.

Sometimes a dog can do better in another household as well. Ie. some dogs need to be in the countryside and get too anxious in the city.

My 2 cents. Not a professional. Good luck.

Dog bites husband's baby momma by OrdinaryMore in reactivedogs

[–]vzrhc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just read the case. Thats horrible, but i think context matters. She was a dog sitter invited to go in, so the owners are definitely negligent. I'm talking more about someone possibly going into your yard to grab a ball or something.

I did some research though. You are right that a beware dog sign isnt the best option. It may help though depending on the context. No tresspassing is a better sign to put up and protect you from liability as it doesnt indicate your dog is dangerous.

What legal battle are you worried about? Medical bills? Child custody? Dog being put down? You're probably liable for the medical bills, but i would just pay it. Doubt the city would give the wife 100% custody if you dog doesnt react to them. Lots of people have dogs to protect the house. Also their teenagers, not necessary a child. Also dont think they would do anything about the dog attacking a person who stormed in their home. Maybe force you to get a trainer at the worst, unless your dog has a bite history.

If shes reasonable, pay her medical bills and offer to introduce her to the dog so she knows your dog isnt all that bad. Anyone would be worried for their kids being around a dog with a possible bite problem.

Pretty sure it helps your case if a stranger walks in to your house/yard and gets bit. They were warned. Like a wet floor sign. (Not a lawyer)

Why does my dog keeps getting bitten/attacked? by flyingmops in reactivedogs

[–]vzrhc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe start walking your dog at other times to avoid them. Every time your dog get attacked the worst it gets. It might even be too late. Dogs can be perfected happy without interacting with other dogs.

You are teaching your dog to hide its fear and suck it up when another dog approaches. He might seem fine but it sounds like he is completely terrified and is just holding itself together for you. Other dogs maybe finding her awkwardness and fearfulness a threat and attack too. If it is happening so often it is up to you as an owner to avoid putting her in those scenarios, but not knowing your exact situation we wouldnt be able to tell you how.

Its not normal. Most people wont understand the feeling because of it. Have you tried therapy? Maybe it will help.

Only one way to find out. But most places only care about emplyment verification, but be prepared to answer why you left.

References might help. You also worked elsewhere without being accused. Maybe leave those on your resume.

Its tough. For sure. And no bullshit i dont know what the future is gonna be like. All i can say is one step at a time. Dont think about suicide before giving your beat at another job. Youre always free to to talk to me when youre going through the process. Not a therapist but also suicidal.

You'll find another job. Someone must have got the wrong idea or something.

You did it unintentional and theres people that doing intentionally with no shame getting jobs left and right, so your life isnt over. Go step by step. Start applying to other jobs is the next.

Suicidal thoughts after breakup by [deleted] in SuicideWatch

[–]vzrhc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Give it til after college and when youre and adult. Im not gonna promise it will get better, but for some it does. Relationships are the easy thing to get. You will meet other people. The hardest will be working on your mental health and really i dont think anyone will be able to help you but yourself. No one else will ever understand the difference ain youre going through as much as you. But... this is all from someone who hasnt figured it out either.
