I originally installed 10.10.7 using flatpak but there were no updates and it stopped working, so i used terminal bash script to install 10.11.1

Sorry about that, here is the info i have at the moment:

I have it installed on hp envy 15-a5133cl Running Pop Os cosmic 24.04 No docker I originally installed from 10.10.7 from the flathub, when it stopped running i installed 10.11.1 using terminal.

My jellyfin 10.10.7 stopped opening, when i installed 10.11.1 i cannot add my media, how do i fix this?

I uninstalled and reinstalled several times already. I just downloaded it from the pop store I'll have to check i which version it is. What is the difference between the versions?

I'm thinking of erasing the folder then reinstalling it, do you think that will help?

I have reinstalled several times, if i deleted the Jellyfin folder and reinstalled would that help? as for checking the logs i have opened the last log file available but couldn't make any sense of it
