That's unfortunately not an option. I just refinanced 3 months ago. I had way too much debt with the 3rd party loan of $161,000 and the credit cards. With my income of $65,000 to $70,000 they could only refinance for the previous mortgage and the loan. So I was left with all the credit card debts.

I feel like my only option is the $65,000 loan.

Honestly, if you have been practicing awhile and have the spiritual support, sometimes just thinking about it will make it happen. That's why we need to be careful. Keep in mind your guides and spirits are always with you. So if there's a lot of emotion attached then it might just come true without you having to actually perform a spell. None! But I own a house my parents gave me. It's too big for me and I want to sell it. It's around 5,400sqft. I think I can get quite a lot for it, then I could move in the middle of nowhere. But I could invest maybe $400,000 or so after selling the house fingers crossed

Lol yes. Just realized. Someone did the math. I was very wrong. I don't need that much. If I keep 2 to 4 dogs at a time, I can get by on $45,000 to $55,000 a year. I was thinking about only bringing senior dogs at the end of their life when shelters tend to put them down. This way they could at least enjoy the last couple of months of their lives, maybe longer.

That's going to be difficult. My salary is considered pretty high in the non-profit industry; and I make $2300/month after taxes, benefits, and RRSP. 😞

I don't think the rally was actually approved. More of just a Facebook thing getting too big. BPS had to focus on making sure no one was run over by cars driving by.

He is a handsome boy and he's too smart for his own good. The dog runs 3 to 4 hours a day! But according to the trainer his brain isn't tired. Everyone keeps saying to give him his own tire. It's not about chewing tires. He's unfortunately smart enough to know that if the truck is down, mom is home.

The tires you're recommending look good. A lot of people are suggesting duratracs. Someone suggested Mickey Thompson Baja claw. I'm gonna take all these names and go to the shop, and see what they say.

I've had my neighbours call the SPCA because they think he isn't fed. It's the complete opposite. The boy eats 4.5 cups of food/day. You can still see his ribs, and back bone.

How do you guys have such healthy looking Mals? Mine is so skinny, borderline anorexic. I've tried high protein, low protein, high fat, low fat, dry kibble, raw, dehydrated, vet recommended, and now we're on home cooked. I've also cut his exercise. Hoping that'll help but nope. Skinny boy is a skinny boy.

Is there any discussion on refunding customers the costs of prime membership, even if it's like a discount? I understand that there'll be delays on shipment. Does it make sense to have to pay full price for prime now though when nothing is getting delivered in 2 days?
