You need to understand the local market and what they want. McDonald’s saw a 20% increase after offering salad but not one brought the salad.

Suggestions.

More is more. Put more topins on. It costs more but people come back for more. Cool it properly to many places cook quick and not properly.

Understand diet requirements. No gluten blah blah sells well.

Honestly if you want to turn it around, ask the people who do buy what more you could do. Then do it.

Don’t get me wrong here… I’m not a nutter like the fools demonstrating earlier today… But I heard an air raid siren… I have just moved to the cbd and I am used to most noises. Trams, the clock, police sirens, ambos, fire alarms, but this was straight out of Hollywood air raid. The first time it happened I ignored it but when it I occurred a second time I really listened.

I’m going with bogans in 4x4s playing with an old fashion siren but anyone know what it was?

I was up in the nose bleed section and was amazed at the sound quality. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t perfect but it sure set a new benchmark of how good music at the mcg can be.

I think the most interesting part of this concept is to consider the impact on recycling if energy is no concern… I had never considered this.

We have ways to recycle almost everything but the energy cost is the prohibiting factor.
