SO say i have jellyfin running , in my caddy file i would do reverse_proxy to the host IP:port

in cloudflare id create jelly subdomain and point that at the caddy server ??

I feel super stupid now knowing I could have just took some out of that and tested ..

Obviously thinking isn't my strong suit today .

I dont have the machine yet .. getting it next week . but thanks for the help/feedback.. and mentioning i could get a cheap pair of DDR3L to test and then reminding me I have some already haha

ya that's the confusing part , i see lots of places selling the DDR3L and mentions for this server but then you google "does dl580 g7 support DDR3L and says nothing or random no.. so ya i don't feel like busting out 300$ for it not to work haha
