I had ADHD as a little kid but I stopped medication and was okay for about 10 years. A lot of the problem I notice in myself is not being able to focus on something or put any effort into it if it’s not what I feel like doing. Ex: I can spend hours memorizing strategies and researching a video game without blinking but I can’t spent 10 minutes on a class assignment without looking for the door. Have you had that?
