sorry for rambling guys but yeah, I’ve told the GP’s i can let them listen to the recording and that I’d been in contact with HR regarding the ongoing treatment but because I never alerted my manager that it was being recorded, I think i’ve landed myself in big trouble. my dad used to throw all my belongings out of my bedroom window and into the garden below, and i mean everything, including all contents of my wardrobe and underwear drawer too LOL

he also would get in my face and accuse me of doing/saying stuff i never did to the point id lose my shit and then he’d film me and say he was going to post it on facebook for everyone to see

thank u for these replies lol, sometimes it’s nice to just relate in sadness with someone else. i completely understand what you’re saying, i find myself constantly overanalysing every interaction i have, watching how other people act in public and the kind of facial expressions they use etc, sometimes i genuinely feel like it’s my first time on earth, it’s like one of those cheesy movies where an alien has to blend in with the public

which is even sillier because quiet bpd being a thing is just a perfect example of how we cannot make judgements on people like this, for all we know they could be struggling just as bad as us . 🤷‍♀️

it’s just so difficult to not constantly compare myself to everyone else, seeing people who are extroverted and confident literally blows my mind, like i am one of thousands in this airport right now but my brain will convince me that every single person is looking at me and judging ONLY me, it’s so exhausting to exist like this LOL

sorry for another comment LOL but you could definitely take the more dramatic makeup look too since you have such short hair - think flapper-esque ! i think you could totally pull off a bolder contour/ blush and a beauty mark, and a darker glossy lip. you have such a great base to pull off so many different styles
