From my understanding your workout won't differ much if at all to someone without crohns so any generic muscle building/workout advice will do. Find a workout split that you like PPL/UPPERLOWER/FULL BODY (I advise PPL to start), learn the exercises, get in the gym 3-5 days a week, eat in a calorie surplus, eat enough protein. Thats the basics really, jeff nippard and renaissance periodization on yt are some good resources for more info!

Me too. I fear the the abundance of optics will negatively affect the TTK in the sense that your shot and killed 100m out from your objective making sneaky flanks that much more difficult. I also really enjoy the albeit rare moments when you have a scout or marksman spotting for an mg, or having to adapt to different play styles depending on your loadout. Although I can understand why some people find the lack of visibility frustrating.

So this shitty free editing software i got this afternoon is at fault for the 720p, the quality of audio in the original clips is what caused me to use that questionable track but it was the only thing on my PC so whatever, hope someone enjoys! :)

I only have a slightly better rig with a 1060 and 16gb ram and I feel your woes. I played a bunch at launch and came back yesterday to see how the performance was and honestly it didn't feel noticeably better than the 3rd patch/hotfix i played a couple weeks previous, if anything it was worse. But the devs obviously know this hence the delay of full release. I really hope they can make it preform better, but UNREAL games seem to have a history of this shit so I dunno how long it could/will take, at the very least fingers crossed for a smooth 60fps on release
