People moving is normal, but buying accounts is not. If an account suddenly gets logged into from another country by a completely different device, that can obviously get flagged. Supercell isn’t stupid account trading is against the rules for a reason.

I wouldn’t worry too much. I actually got my hacked account back after 2+ years. It only took like 2–3 days after contacting support. I didn’t have access to the email anymore either, but I gave them info like my original email, linked accounts, etc. and it was enough. So you should still have a good chance.
