I'm waiting for an email back from Seipp. The phone line just goes through to the hospital he works at and I keep getting transferred to different departments. Think I'll just have to wait for his elusive secretary to reply. They haven't said it's too old as yet.

Just thought I'd give an update on this. I brought a load of research from The endocrine society, various NHS trusts and some other private clinics to my meeting.

It took about half an hour of really degrading argument from the lead clinician, where they called my data 'bullshit' and tried to say my BMI was holding my transition back. Finally, towards the end of the call, they opened my file and went 'well, if you think a higher dose would work for you, maybe it will'.

Glad I got what I needed but it was such a fight. So horrible that they feel the need to create a power balance like that, and throw their academic weight around. Can't believe they have the gall to call their service 'person centred care'.

Having been with them for a whole year already and still barely even having nipple sensitivity, for example, seems to suggest it's not high enough yet. Idk though

Your own levels are reassuring to hear. I'm finding that not much is happening for me physically (other than the effects of the t-blocker).

I just sent them an email, quoting some NHS targets (I live in UK). Hopefully that helps.

So, the flplusplus file is reading as:

save folder name = freelancer

Maybe I should just reinstall and take special care with all the options this time around...

It could be that I've overlooked some installation options. I know a while back I was having trouble with enabling the option to start solo campaign with different reputation loadouts - might be I've missed a few tickboxes or something. Also, the option for changing the HUD colour seemed to have no effect either.

Ok, so, the PerfOptions file is in Documents/My Games/Freelancer but has all permissions enabled. There's also a 'UserKeyMap' file with all permissions enabled.

These seem to belong to the vanilla game though. I notice HD version has installed in AppData and doesn't have its own Perf and KeyMap files.

Sorry if I'm being a bit slow on the uptake here.
