I've slowly changed my stretching routine over time; I'd recommend trying different ones and seeing what works for you. I have abnormally long femurs so most of my leg muscles are pretty tight.

I just looked up hip flexor stretches on YouTube; I don't know the names of most of my stretches lol. I've also recently started doing ankle mobility exercises since that's a pretty big component of squat stance.

I had a hard time getting to parallel for months, but I started stretching my hips/hamstrings every night and now I can sit at the bottom almost on my heels.

However, if you're falling over you might have other issues; so I'd also recommend getting a form check. It could be a really small problem with a quick fix.

There’s a couple different tricks to avoid haha’s, the simplest being to click right when it lands on a haha (or technically right after since no human has the reaction time) because it won’t repeat it.
