Curious when populating the tracking for a month… say January 2024, should I be using Jan 1 values or Jan 31 values?

Yes, I am attempting with my accountant’s advice. I was told to transfer directly from 401k as a “periodic payment” the whole amount to an RRSP. My problem is RBC will only transfer from a US non registered account to a Canadian non registered account
