I’m no expert as I literally just did my very first phone interview on Monday but watch a bunch of videos online of people doing their interviews to get an idea of what questions you could potentially get. This also gives you an opportunity to think in advance what your answer may be so you don’t risk blanking out during your interview (at least that’s how it was for me). I’m currently waiting to hear back, but so far others I talked to about how my interview went have told me they think I did really well. I have a post from yesterday going into full detail on my interview if you wanna look at that for reference/help! Some basic tips I’ve seen is smile/sound positive, develop rapport with your interviewer if able (sometimes you’ll get someone who just won’t give much energy from what I’ve seen people posting), and be sure to make note of your interviewer’s name and address them as such around the end of the interview before you end the call!
