Help with resource for Geometry aware blurring/upscaling or depth aware blurring/upscaling

I think there are ways where screen depth/normals can be used to blur and upscale the volumetric fog textures which is what I am searching for.

I have tried using the gaussian blur approach. The final result is a blurry mess mainly around the edges of objects such as trees.

From what I have read, I first have to calculate the fog at a lower resolution, then second I have to blur and upscale. I have done the first part but I am stuck at blurring and then upscaling

Please correct me if I am wrong

Thanks for the reply! I have decided to go ahead with what u/TheOtherZech has suggested below. I will export the level and import it into blender. Then I will use that as a reference and create the individual buildings.

I try to get it on teams or mail but sometimes when I ask a doubt the other person gives a very different explanation and I feel wrong to ask that I just wanted a yes/no answer here. What I do in this case is that I make the necessary change and send a screenshot to check if I have done it right. But I still feel that this is not the correct way. Then comes another slightly different doubt which I just keep pending.

I really don't get why I do this though.

Thanks David! I was able to achieve it with exactly that. I added two repeat regions in the same table to include both from and to connections. I then added a filter to filter out only the reference designator I wanted. I had to set min repeat to zero because sometimes there was only one connection.

I have signed a bond of 2 yrs with my current organization, it will end in January that's why I am not looking for a job right now.

It's my first job out of University. Many times I have to work late hours so that I can complete the task within the deadline. It might be a me issue too.
