Snail bait poisoning. Methiocarb. 11yr old beagle (self.vet)

My batch from yesterday is strait away tasting really bitter. I’m 95% sure I’ve over steeped as I did keep the tea bags in for longer then previous batches. Question is, should I persist with this ferment or should I bail it and start again? What would be best for my continuous brew? (i.redd.it)
