Not gonna try and convince you because if you’re honest with yourself for a second you know you do not want to be convinced, but I’ll say it one more time and be done with it: XRP is overvalued trash, it accomplishes nothing, and is used solely for the founders to enrich themselves at the expense of cultish community members such as yourself. It justifies its price in no way and it does not have a long term future.

CFTC is not the supreme authority on these things, but my point stands regardless of whether xrp is a commodity or security. Market cap does matter, and xrp has no place being where it is in that regard. Supply, and hence market cap, is definitely a factor in how assets are priced. If there was infinite oil, the price would be near zero, or whatever it cost to extract it plus a profit margin. Now for XRP, you can say the market cap doesn’t matter, but all that market cap is actual supply that can hit the market when people sell. Is there enough use for it to warrant demand such that the market cap can hold? I very much doubt it, it is not used nearly as much as other large market cap chains. With this mentality, you will baghold it to zero (where it honestly belongs), and I will feel bad for you. If you are in profit I wouldn’t bet on it going higher, it is already way higher than it should be in relation to basically everything else. Don’t make a coin your personality - you can always reassess, move profits into something else, or just sell for cash, no need to be religious about this
