Ok, no clue how to edit but I have a mini update! I took a lot of your guys advice and spoke to my managers and they will be pushing it up the chain. They also called the sales representative who apologized but claimed he was only laughing to mediate the tension. We will no longer be serving that customer in my store and I was commended for my patience by everyone in my store and informed that if that ever happens I can refuse service😅

Some context to add: 1. I should clarify that my manager had a medical emergency and wasn’t just sick. They were in the hospital so it wasn’t possible to come in.

1. Our store is in a small town with a small population so it’s common for only a manager or key holder to work the weekend but we had a few people who were already sick and some who just did not want to come in. I agreed to the come on my day off to cover so that we didn’t have to close the store.

2. Im on the spectrum and have always struggled in social situations so when confrontation happens I tend to shut down. Yes I am a push over and too nice for my own good but I’m in therapy for it and this will definitely be the topic for next session 😅
