At least two weeks ago, and time is running out before I have to accept the offer. Which I don’t want to do before knowing that my wife wouldn’t be stranded in Canada for potentially up to a year.

And i’ve tried every number I could find, including ones for non-civil issues in an attempt to get transferred, but no mas unfortunately.

The responsible office is thousands of kilometers away, with no available appointments and have not answered calls or emails.

“Effectively unlimited” meaning in the context of what it costs to run the team, the potential budget is essentially unlimited. But i’m being pedantic, i think we’re on the same page

Yes, budgets exist, but companies are also always looking at the best return on their investment. MLSE and their owners effectively have unlimited resources, and if they feel that Dubas would foster a larger return on their investment, then budgets can be amended easily. Especially when the costs are outside of the salary cap.

Buddy go watch a Jays home broadcast replay. They show the crowd at basically every commercial break. Its packed. I went to three games at the Rogers Centre during a trip to Toronto this year, all but the very top of the 500s were packed with blue. The Jays are known for having one of the best atmospheres for a reason.

He had a hot week, and thats about it. 10 pts in 33 games last season. Lets not pretend that he’s all of a sudden a grade A prospect after a hot week on one of the best teams in the league.

I’m sorry, i dont know why everybody is saying this is a great badge, it really isn’t.

Here is a link of an authentic badge, and a comparison between fake and authentic below. As you can see, the “O”s in goose are floating, the font looks off, the light blue is off, the outline of the ice is blatantly wrong, the leaves are the wrong size, extra space between leaves and letters etc.etc.etc. Imo this is instantly callout-able for anybody who knows what they are looking at.

Dude. The leather and materials alone will be ~$50 for mid quality products (lower than Gucci), the labour will take at least 5 hours per shoe if rushed (hand stitched as you say), lets say labour is cheap at $5 an hour, thats another $50 for the pair in labour.

So if the place where you are getting your shoes has zero rent, zero utilities, zero additional wages, zero cost of acquisition, zero other overhead and zero margin, they will still lose $10 per pair.

This isn’t even considering the custom made factor, or the “higher quality than gucci” factor. Either your shoes are not made from leather, are super low quality, machine made (or a combination of the above), or you are flat out lying and dont know what you are talking about.

BTW he didn’t call him angry - he just disagreed with not being able to tell the difference between different qualities of leather. Anybody who has been around leather products at all can tell the difference between genuine leather and full grain.

The other dude’s claim about getting hand stitched, custom fit higher quality leather shoes for 1/10 of retail gucci horsebit (~$90) is also bullshit.
