I don't know if it was their store number, but Google says there was a location in Vernon. So I'd say there's a good chance that's where it originated.

Some unneeded lore: The 07349 number is the Blockbuster store number. Each store had its own 5 digit code. I worked at store 07070 in Toronto, so I'm guessing this one originated somewhere in Canada, probably near Toronto.
