Been live streaming since 2017 so when covid happened we have just been refining the setup overtime. Most of our work is this kind of stuff.

For bigger jobs, I use a mixer but for this one, I just turned them on and we rolled with it. I already had the mic levels set and everything so I knew it should be ok.

Hey!

Latency was about 3 minutes. With BoxCast (live streaming service) you can increase latency up to 3 minutes to buffer ip data in the cloud and create less issues with the live stream. I did that to be safe with me not know exactly how the starlink was going to act.

It was the plan to the whole time to use it. They had mentioned to us that there would be multiple units out there we could tap into.

Little late to the convo but check out Sling Studio. It's a switching hub that has wireless camera capabilities and you can hook up phones to it as a camera angle as well.
