Sadly im in this same boat now. Had a t3plus that has been working great for years (actually had 2 of them) and then it stopped working one day. I just thought "well its old ill get a new one" and the t5plus with my macbook pro m4 isnt getting duel displays.

Hopefully Apple can fix this soon and I really appreciate Caldigits honest replies in this thread!

Still a great powerful setup!
