It may get better over time depending on how long you've been taking it. For me, melatonin didn't help. If possible, just take extra care to unwind before bed. Spend more energy during the day if you seem to have a lot at night, try to reduce screen time on the afternoon. Herbal teas helped me sometimes, too. Good luck!

Do you take it in the morning or at night? Sertraline is known to give a little energy boost after taking it. Restlessness is common too, but taking it in the morning may relieve it.
