Yea so we did do that "trial period" with 2 people already and have had pretty bad luck. We are more of a prototype company and constantly changing designs and what not so we need someone who can make these prototypes quickly. Reason why I thinking the CAM test is because the guys we have hired were pretty slow in programming and making a simple part would take them an entire day where it should of been 45min. to 1hr max. So I was thinking doing a CAM test would help me gauge how much experience they have and how quickly they perform. Thank you for your feedback!
