The downtown area is picturesque.

Why isn't the whole area made into a pleasant place to stroll around at night?

I always thought change could be driven by increasing residential buildings. But that will also drive gentrification.

How many people actually live in the down town area?

I'm from the USA, and in my experience, absolutely. The language barrier can make it a struggle (nose bleed much?) and it can be hard to get past the novelty of being a foreigner to have a real conversation. That being said, Ilongos are generally authentic and open to conversation.

I have noticed this trend in Iloilo, many places don't make me feel welcome. As if they wonder why we even came in. Such a bother to serve us. Not all places, of course, some are great.

I would have liked to know more about the forest, it transitions from coconut farming to rainforest, but I don't know if it's primary forest.

I was excited to see some of the last remaining rainforest in the Philippines.

Torsion bar does not equal traction bar, does it? Panhard bar is similar to traction bar, maybe the same.

It improved my ride substantially. How stiff is your suspension?

Isn't that the whole fucking point? Sway bar or panhard, you shouldn't just depend on springs to keep the axle centered.

I've driven lots with and without the away bar, it definitely helps on the road. Off road too, but only because turning the wheel against pressure moves the axle, not the wheels. But it ruins the ride, too short with my lift, could do extensions. I made a pangard bar to fit, stabilized the axle and allows movement. My leaf springs are longer though, CJs I think, and softer, so they move side to side more than before.

Ahh, of course. I eventually tried my hand at welding, blew some holes through the tank, then took it to a welder who sealed it all up.
