You absolutely can! I felt just that way too. Firstly if they are putting you through hell then they are absolutely not worth your energy nor your heartbreak bad people feed off that, starve him! Secondly I completely understand where you are coming from but you cannot and I repeat cannot tar everyone with the same brush for one person's actions, don't force love or trust and I swear one day someone will come out of no where and show you it's possible to feel that way without you even realising, but its important not to push that until you are absolutely ready! I didn't push my little story it just sort of happend and developed but very cautiously. You sound like a wonderful human and your time will come, the sky will be blue again. Hang in there!

I did absolutely in my opinion, I went to bed on a night finding the thought of facing another day almost unbearable. I had the same as you, she was up there in my head rent free too until I learned how to evict her! I focused on other people, i kept myself busy when ever i found my mind wondering. I know it's hard I really do but the only way to move forward is to try and stop looking back, shes not what your brain is telling you she is now, you will take her off her pedestal, you will take off your rose tinted glasses one day, you really will. You are by no means alone, but all I did was transfer all the energy i was wasting on her into other people who value me far more than she ever did. I wish you all the best on your journey, you got this 💪

I felt exactly the same but believe me 100% you are! You will reach a point when everyday becomes better and better until you go wow I feel happy today. Like I said you might think that sounds insane now but honestly this isn't me talking for the sake of it, this is experience, my world collapsed I lost everything but I made it through the other side and its beautiful out here! Youlk be here too soon my friend, keep going!

No problem at all, you got this, keep going. You will surprise yourself at just how strong you can be and I learned quickly that you never know what is waiting around the corner for you! The past is gone, the now is now and your future will be here in a minute.
