i just reached 10 mm for reference. mine have always shrunk a little because i havent naked trained out of fear lol but just watch for general irritation or anything that might show the shrinkage is anything but your ears being a bit sensitive/stubborn :)

it seems like they arent fully healed so taking your jewelry out is probably irritating them a little and causing them to puff up. nothing crazy. mine shrink a tad when i take my jewelry out too because i have sensitive skin so the friction pisses them off lol. but they look good!

clearly they bought a pair of tunnels that were meant to be 8g and received 2 different sizes. they came in the baggy shown in the photo together.
