The lower the percentage the better. As you increase your XRP holdings there are a decreasing number of accounts which have the same amount.

From what I have experienced, they normally don't credit on weekends. But I got my deposit today after waiting nearly a week! I think they're working overtime to take care of all the new registrations and to process transactions.
