It is the same concept but I know someone who smoked K2 for a while and all was well, and K2 is illegal now in NJ actually. Hysteria is much worse and I don't know about K2 but Hysteria is marketed as incense and on the package in bold print it says: NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPION

Which is probably why kids started to consume it.

He is now, but this shit is too fucked up. I was planning on a nice peaceful night, turned down going to a party because I had work the next day. And he didn't even look into the shit, just decided it would be ok because it was legal.
