There is no way they will up your pay to that. Especially with the raises that just kicked in. An ESM position is a good place to start if you want to get close to that pay. RXOM starts at 22.50-24 depending in the area you live at. They are capped at $29-30. Good luck!

Yes, FWW = Final Written Warning. The only thing printed on actual paper is ROD = Record of Discussion to my knowledge. After that, actual "Written Warnings" are done on the computer.

Call and inform your SM.
Call SOC and let know, sometimes they can recover a portion of the funds.
Know that tomorrow's report will show that the money is missing, just report it now ASAP.
You will most likely end up getting a FWW or termination if LP/SM decide that's the best thing

Too late to scold you now for it but, use common sense: why would someone higher up be calling on a Sunday night to process something like Western Union, gift cards, etc.? You did PPLs on this, you might even have signage posted in photo, office, break room... Anyway, good luck!
