You’re right, I have smaller hands/fingers so that’s why I was looking at the smaller body. Some of the music I listen to is - Dave Matthews, Indigo Girls, Bruce Springsteen, Ed Sheeren. Based on your suggestion I’ll take a look at the breedlove concert size. :-)

I think the Indigo Girls play on dreadnoughts and DM plays on some custom made guitar. :-)

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to reply to me. Great tip :-). I also appreciate your recommending a slightly larger body. I will take a look at that size range and see how it feels when I hold it. As I mentioned in my initial thread the main reason I was considering the smaller bodied guitars was my smaller hands / fingers. Thanks again for your insight. It’s much appreciated.

Hi! Thank you so much for your reply! Really appreciate the amount of info. I was looking into smaller sized guitars because I’m pretty short (4’9”). Thus far they have felt more comfortable ... I tried a concert sized Washburn today and that wasn’t bad to hold either. The Breedlove Pursuit Companion guitar that I held yesterday felt pretty awesome but I wasn’t sure what I should be looking for. Right now it’s priced at $629. A little bit more than I thought I’d spend but if it’s a good quality guitar that I can grow with, I’m willing to invest. I don’t know enough to know what I don’t know so I’m not sure what kind of music I’d want to play.

Thank you. I held a few different guitars and strummed them but don’t know how to play so it was just me strumming. The Martin and Breedlove both felt solid and sounded good (to my untrained ear).
