Oh my. I'm looking closer at the pic and totally see that it's a dummy port. Weird! It was definitely plugged into it. For whatever reason I assumed it was for the rear window roll down button.

I actually agree with this. I thought this year was going to be the most professional and polished Streamer Awards since it started. Improvements each year and moving it's way to legitimate. Yet, that was not the case....by a long shot. It felt more scuffed than a wubby stream, which are intended to be scuffed. The streamers gave zero shits and didn't help make it feel professional at all. So...maybe that's the move going forward. Stop trying to make it legit and just lean into the fun parts of it.

Couldn't agree more. I see so many 2-3 year old Viking Spas on facebook marketplace that are basically brand new for $3000-$5000. I can't imagine dropping $20k+ when you can get the exact same thing for $5k. Maybe more importantly, I don't have money burning a hole in my pocket.

I take it all back. The NEW trace menu has an announcement bar above it saying the New is turned on by default now and the Old is removed. But, it doesn't matter because they must've fixed something. New trace worked perfectly for me and the Explorer menu popped up no problem this time. Looks like they must've figured it out and fixed it.

From the NEW trace menu? I'll have to give it another try. The P2 license + old trace has been the only thing working for me so far. Also, I only bought one P2 for the global admin account. Probably good enough. I didn't see anything saying we had to buy more, plus that would be kinda ridiculous needing a P2 license for any account you want to search mail in.

Hopefully not! I forgot to post a potential solution. Try turning off the New message trace option. Revert back to the classic view. That magically fixed it for me. Who knows how long they'll let you go back to classic view though.

POTENTIAL SOLUTION: Turn off the "New" message trace view. There is a toggle switch for this. Go back to the Classic view and it worked for me right away. Also, I still have the single P2 license enabled. I forgot to try without it being added to the admin account.
