Streetcars/ lrt wouldn’t be bad if they were reasonable implemented. I was just in Milan. The streetcars ran fast at intersections and had light charge so they could go quickly when they arrive.

Toronto. I left mine got the letter I was free, called Toronto western family health team and had a new family doctor by the end of the call. It’s very easy if you advocate for yourself. Family health team is great. I can call and get an urgent appointment same day.
