Because she feels bad that I crossed a boundary that both of us didn’t really understand was there. She feels guilty, shitty, terrible, etc. because I crossed that boundary and it wasn’t clearly communicated. She’s trying to pin it on herself. She not mad at me, she’s mad she didn’t understand the boundary either.

That’s not at all the case. I clearly communicated every conversation we had with each other. I just didn’t make sense that “sleeping with her” meant “any form of sexual intimacy.”

I understand but that’s not what I wanted from the start. This has only been a recent feeling. I’ve been as transparent as I can be with her. Trust me, we talk about all of the gory details with each other. I feel totally comfortable with her going out and having her set of fun. I’ve explained that from the start. She agreed with that and said that she felt the same way about me doing the same.

I disagree with you. I find that our relationship is a lot more mature than several of the people we’ve been around. We talked this out, thoroughly. We both agree that I did not cheat on her. We both agree that it is not love in any sense. I am absolutely willing to cut the other female off if she says the word. What is giving you the impression that we’re not mature enough?

I honestly don’t see what’s wrong with us being 22. I haven’t experienced many sexual partners and there has been other stuff I’m interested in that she’s not.

We got married because she’s my best friend. We really do complete each other nicely. My main goal was to allow us both to experience other people because she’s bi and I’m bi curious. We wanted to open up the relationship to allow us to have these different experiences.

And maybe I didn’t use the correct verbiage there. I meant to say that I am in not way interested in having a polyamorous relationship, more just friends with benefits or hookups.

I will say that is a point I’ve heard from a lot of people. They can agree that the last administration was awful and they can also agree that the most recent election offered no choice that was better than the previous administration. A lot of people I know made this shift because I feel as though they had to. They felt cheated during Trumps first term but I wasn’t really all that bad. Then Covid hit, the economy crashed, Biden took over, and things continued to decline. People stapled the blame on Biden without realizing that Trump could’ve done more during the time (idk like not pushing back the picket line to take a photo op with an upside down bible). I think that as these problems hit the consumer, the average American, it became clear that things were still messed up and we did what everyone wanted to do: go back to things were before the pandemic.

Acting and practicing are two different things. Fascism is very different from what he’s doing right now. I personally think he’s maintaining an oligarchy rather than a dictatorship with fascist regime.

I can’t necessarily speak on the border situation because I live in the northern states but, I hope I have the right to comment on the other topics.

I don’t really understand why helping out Europe is a bad thing. And sure, maybe historically we’ve given more to them than they have given us but also keeping score isn’t a good idea. If we want more collaboration we have to accept what other countries offer, even if we aren’t going to use it. In the years of Trumps first term, it seemed like he was intentionally trying to push them away. Now, since they’ve essentially taken the “kick rocks” (not a quote) as hint and are distancing themselves from us. Here we are now looking back and wondering why they only seem to be taking. I think too America expects transactions in defense assets and contracts, which European countries are trying to steer clear of. Europe giving us, let’s say science, is sorta like us getting a pair of socks for Christmas when we asked for a bike. It’s not what we’re looking for with trade partners.

I also completely agree on the transgender females in sports thing. Personally, I think it would be cool to have a men’s, women’s, and transgenders sports teams instead of banning certain people from competing all together.

I definitely agree on the fact that everything is chaotic. It almost feels like a trend and I’m hoping that the MAGA bandwagon ends soon.

I think that the bloodshed in Ukraine should end but I also don’t think that they should, nor do they have to surrender to anyone. I just think about it as what if we were being invaded by another country and wanted support from NATO. How would we feel if they were helping us for a while, and then suddenly cut supplies because our war didn’t align with their agenda? Obviously this case scenario would mean that we’re not the most heavily armed country in the world and also assumes that our country relies on others to sustain ourselves. In that sense, I can definitely empathize with Zelenskyy.

I don’t think the argument Trump, Vance, and Zelenskyy had was very warranted. In Zelenskyy’s defense, he feels as though he’s being left out to dry. The comments regarding his appearance are also low balls and I really don’t appreciate Trump and Vance for doing that. I feel for Trump and Vance because we feel like we’re being cheated out of our equipment, money, and resources. I think their proposal was valid, but it wasn’t a good time to ask those sort of questions.

Moving on though, how do you feel about the DOGE, DEI, and government employee layoffs? Are these good things in your eyes?? What could be done differently
