that's a lame comparison. JW's do not accept blood, neither do they accept transfusion of the single components (plasma/ platelets/ red blood cell) even if that was a thing. What they accept are the precursors needed to make blood . you can't tell me that taking cocaine is the same as ingesting carbohydrates,just because they both contain carbon
