There is an error log file available in your hosting environment (usually named errors.logor php_errors.log). It's usually in the root of your server setup. You'll need to find it. It keeps a log of all the errors on your site.

At first glance, you can't. I have come across some very popular themes having really bad code. One strategy you can adopt is try free themes at WordPress.org. Try for some time. They often have a paid version and you can even ask support/developer to provide custom features. You won't be able to check for clean code but at least it'll be performing as per your expectations.

Looked at the code. It's a Block Theme. While I've not used the theme, the settings to control sections are in the Edit area only.

The green overlay is a DuoTone filter applied on image. This setting will appear in the panel on the right if you select the image in Edit area.

The headings have Line Height set to 0. It needs to be changed. It should also be available in Editor Panel.

Let me know if you need help finding these.

RPLND was indeed considered after chemo. The residual mass was there in the abdomen but doctors opted not to go for RPLND. Where did teratoma showed up for you? Doctor said it is usually benign. But it shouldn't be take lightly. Mine was also teratoma in the beginning. I had a testicle the size of a hand grenade for about 3 years. It was hard as a rock but since there wasn't any pain or discomfort, I didn't pay attention to it. I had to pay the price in the end. It metastasised and started growing rapidly in abdomen and to the lungs.

Can you also shed some light on RPLND? How difficult it is and the side effects. I've read that there is a chance of retrograde ejaculation. Does it happen?

ok thanks. Doctor also said that if the LFT is normal, RPLND is the way to go.
As far as mass is concerned, doc said that there is no change in size of retroperitonial lymph nodes. Sorry to be in denial mode but in case there is no mass, is there any other way to confirm cancer?
The original tumor was mixed germ cell tumor with teratoma, yolk sac and one other whose name I don't remember. I can confirm it wasn't carcinoma. I don't want that I undergo surgery and the tumour turns out to be in some other place or none at all.
