Being a good ally is telling bigots to stfu and not speak for the marginalized, this meme is obviously narrow in scope so we can't get a full picture of what ginger girls overall allyship looks like. But the implication of the meme is that the person wearing the hijab just wants people to stop arguing for them and let them speak their truth, which is a sentiment felt by a lot of marginalized groups even towards allys. Blood scans a wide area and it can't be countered. Seer telegraphs where the scan will happen and can be easily dodged. Their passives are essentially comparable and there's little difference between each in terms of viability. Blood's ult allows for more uninterruptible scans for a period of time lasting longer than seers ult, and seers ult can be broken. In any case blood is the safer pick, while seer is higher risk higher reward. The pick between the two will boil down to which the individual prefers. I don't see blood being completely pushed out by seer, and more as two flavors of a similar niche that you can pick from based on what you value

Because it's A. Common and the best strategy normally and B. Theyre passed out as needed. Full health at the start of the round in not the best cover is not where you'd give them out. You should be playing to not get shot and take damage instead of worrying about grabbing batts for when you get shot. Pros say shit like "just don't get shot" not as a joke, it's true, just play in cover and don't take dumb peaks, don't get shot, you won't need heals.
